Explaining the tables

The purpose of this document is to explain the functioning of the tables and to remove misconceptions that might arise.

(table 1)

Every table consist of 4 levels. From top to bottom they are Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze. (Table 1)

The first question to ask is how placement takes place on the table?

Answer:
The first 7 positions (A, B, C, D, E, F, G) of every Feeder table is always taken, meaning that every new member can only be placed on the Bronze level and from left to right as illustrated by the arrow in table 1.

Question 2:

What happens when all 8 positions on the Bronze level is full?

Answer:

The following events take place:

a)The moment this happens, the table divides in 2 and member A now moves to the Bronze level of the Achiever table.

b)      This also results in the formation of tables 2 and 3 as shown in Figure 2. Once again the first 7 positions (B, D, E, H, I, J, K of table 2 and C, F, G, L, M, N, O of table 3) is taken. There is therefore now 8 positions available under every table 2 and 3.

Follow the Leader Principle:

Refer to table 1

This principle operates exactly the same in the Feeder and Achiever Tables. Let’s first look at the Feeder table. As explained in question 1, placement of new positions takes place from left to right. This means that every time you introduce a new member, this new IBM (Independent Business Member) will be placed next to you on the Bronze level of the Feeder table.

Example: (Refer to table 1)

Member H on the Bronze level of the Feeder table introduces members I and J. These members I and J as you can see are placed next to H. If members A, B, C, D, E, F and G introduce people, they will be placed on the Bronze level of this same Feeder table and will be regarded as spillover.

How does Follow The Leader (FTL) work in the Achiever Table?

Answer: As previously said, the first 7 positions (i.e. from top to bottom and left to right) will always be occupied of both the Feeder and Achiever Table. Let’s assume that A moves to the first bronze position in table 4. This placement took place because of figure 3’s bronze level that was full and the table has divided into 2.

The following scenarios will explain the “Follow The Leader” principle:

  1. Let’s assume that D and E in table 3 were introduced by A. Whenever D and E cycles from the Feeder, they will be placed next to A on table 4.
  2. Let’s assume that H in table 3 was introduced by D in table 3. Then H will also be placed on table 4 as it will follow D on table 4.
  3. Let’s assume that  D introduced K and K introduced L. Let’s further assume that D is already in the Achiever table. L progress to the Achiever table before K. L will therefore follow D as K is not on the Achiever table yet.
